Don't worry about the baby...gage it by what you feel. If at any time you feel pain then change positions. Pain is your friend at this point since it will warn you for the baby. Also you really shouldn't be bending at the waist...since it's easier for you to lose your balance. Always bend at the knee and use something to support you just in case you fall forward.

You will not hurt your baby...remember, he/she is still floating in the amniotic fluid, and this sac of waters protects the baby. Just do things you would normally do...eat good food, exercise, walking is great, to help build up your strenght for delivery...just think it will all be over soon. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

sitting up is fine i believe but i tell everyone i know to be careful in bending over front wards. My mom did it with my sister and my sister flipped in her stomach to breech positon so try to avoid doing that!

If it was possible to do that, the doctors would tell us to be on bedrest for the length of the pregnancy and to never move. Don't worry, if the position is uncomfortable for the baby, they WILL let you know.

The baby is very well protected while he is in your tummy, there is very little you can do while you are pregnant that can hurt him... and but that I mean sitting/standing/jumping... ofcouse falling onto your tummy and or down stairs can hurt him... but think of it this way, there is very few things you can do that while hurt your baby if it dont hurt you..

no. think about what he's gonna go through to be born... plus, he's well cushioned. i mean, if you fall and land on your stomach, that's something for concern. normal movements from you...he's fine, trust me.
