Check the wires are plugged in fully.
Then try again.
If still playing up, blow on the ends of the wires to remove any dust which may have got into the connectors, then try again.
If it has worked the software installation most likely is okay.
So if still not working -could be faulty and you'll need to return it with the receipt to the retailers.

Did you disable the mousepad by accident?

Enable the mousepad again by pressing Fn+the coressponding function key that disabled the mousepad when pressed.

Alternatively, check that your mousepad is connected by going to the control panel to check.

I had the same problem as you. The easiest thing to do would be to buy a wireless mouse. I picked one up really cheap on ebay and it is much easier to use than the trackpad on the laptop. You can still use the trackpad though. Good luck.

In Control Panel there is a Mouse, open it, and change settings. Restart the comp. Update Windows (Custom).

top click on your My workstation icon, then go with residences. contained in the pop up window, you will see specification of your workstation. Which working device, processor and all. and additionally you will locate the memory as RAM.

Return it to the store where you bought it and they will help you.

If you have a problem with anything new you should take it straight back to the retailer and let them swap it.

You should check if you still have a warranty. If you do call the manufacturer and they will fix it.
