Flea Markets are generally 'staffed' by the individual vendors...However, with INSIDE flea markets [housed in large buildings] there MAY be jobs involving upkeep/maintenance, sponsored by the owners of the building...but nothing else..The persons who man the vendor sites within a flea market and who do set up are the vendors themselves...Maybe you could approach one of them and see if they need help?

Flea Market such as the one at Hartville and South Amherst here at Ohio have permanent buildings with year-around vendors. These people may need a person to help them.

Check with the flea market office. They may need individuals to go around and collect money from the vendors for their spaces. Also, flea markets often run special promotions and need individuals to place notice on cars in the parking lot.

I have a booth at an indoor flea market. Usually, one of the three owners are always there to run the counter, but they always appreciate when one of us vendors can help them at the counter for a day. There is no pay involved besides what we make from our booth. But, there are a few older gentlemen that help in moving and delivering furniture, and they get paid.I imagine there are shops that are looking for full time counter people, though.

They could hire me and I would love working there. Of course I would not take home a pay check because I would bring home stuff instead every day. Worked at a consignment shop once with ladies clothes and had a hard time making any money there too. LOL
