i have to leave at 8:30
and its 3:30am right now.
but im not tired at all, and cant sleep. :/?~!

try and get some sleep. Its funny sometimes that you don't feel tired but the moment your head hits the pillow you'll zonk out. Shut eye is good for the body and mind. Set your alarm for 7.30 and at least you'll get 3-4 hours if you go now.

You need your sleep with a little one (assuming you know how to post in the correct board).

Exercise often helps in the sleep department, getting rid of your stress too, though that can be difficult. Warm bath helps relax me before bed.

Some sleep is better than none, IMO. Better to have a little rest than to to try and struggle through the day. It's not healthy to not sleep.

Try warm milk :)

I'd sleep while you can so you will be less tired later.

if i were u, i won't go to sleep coz if i did, i'll be waking up late after that. really, really late.
