I tend to spend most of my time taking care of those around me but I also know when to stop and splurge on myself, pamper myself when needed.

I know exactly what you are going through. My daughter went through the same thing. I tried everything, and nothing helped. So i DID go buy the proactive for her because at that age you are self conscious about the way you look. I was amazed at the results. It says use twice a day but I had her us it once daily and her skin is beautiful. Yes I have to be honest she will get a bump every now and then but to be bumpy like she was .... it's gone. And there are other things I did for her. I don't buy pop anymore she drinks more water now junk foods like chips the real greasy stuff I stopped bringing it in my house. And it really helped. Maybe you can try some of these tips. I hope you have success in clearing up your acne.

Yes, I try to always take care of the people around me. And, when they offer to return the favor, I always refuse even though I could use their help. Why is that?

That is the story of my life until 2 months ago when I fell in love with the man of my dreams and he pampers me so much that it is ridiculous... it took me a while to get used to it but I think that when people love each other truly that is how it should be!

No... not quiet because actually ppl around me don't even appreciate anything i do for them...
And even if they do..... it's kind of stupidity to neglect yourself for anyone else

i love taking care of people around me...but i do take time for myself here and there, or i will go crazy

i try not to neglect myself. i spent the afternoon taking care of my mom and then went to dinner/drinks/shopping with my friend. and tonight i'll be taking care of my husband but that benefits me as well ;)

When there are people around me, I have that tendency. But then they tend to pester me about taking care of myself, so it works out. Nowadays I am too much alone.

Yes, I take better care of my dogs then i do myself. I'm trying to change that though because how can I take care of them, if I don't take care of me. :)

I ALWAYS take care of the people around me especially my husband and kids.Sometimes that's the caused of our arque. My hubby always told me to just care for my kids and him and never mind others but i can;t ; I felt quilty if I can't helped them.
