Best place to buy barebooks/barebones?

Hey, I am building a laptop. I already have 40GB HDD - Free, 2GB RAM - $55. I just need to know good places to buy a barebook with the smallest screen possible. CPU will be based on the motherboard that comes with it so that has to wait. So, help me out and thanks alot.

Personally I would buy a Dell with a warranty. (I have two Dell laptops.)
