For what? That's more than enough to run Vista decently enough, in my opinion.

Your set-up is actually enough for VISTA premium requirements.. Don't expect to have a speedy computing though.. because saying it is "actually enough" means, you could have something better.. (maybe for VISTA ULTIMATE).
MY set-up was Core-2-Duo T7200 (2Ghz), 1GB RAM, nVIDIA Go 7300 128Bit...but still I was just able to run VIsta Business edition.
I am currently using UBUNTU 7.10 - compiz! hahaha better!

It's fine for most things but it wont play the latest games because of the processor and graphics card but hey, if you're not into gaming, it's a good system.
