This is called smitfraud. It's a type of rouge application that tries to scare you into buying a fake product. It more than likely caused loads of false-positive results trying to make you buy their products.
Many/most antivirus programs will NOT remove this type of infection, and very few antispyware programs will. I have found Spybot to be pretty useless against smitfraud personally.
You need to use a proper smitfraud removal tool. Smitfraudfix is by far the most effective way to move this type of infection.
See here for instructions and download; http://www.precisesecurity.com/tools-resources/adware-tools/smitfraudfix/
Make sure you run all programs in SAFE MODE. To do this, restart your PC and keep tapping F8 when it is starting up, then chose to boot into safe mode.
Once in safe mode use Smitfraud to clean all the infections.
After this you will need to run an antivirus and antispyware to get rid of other infections. Most of the time these types of rouge programs are originally installed by a trojan.
Trojan.Zlob and Vundo are often the cause.
I recommend running SuperAntiSpyware free edition which is highly effective.
You can download it from here; http://www.superantispyware.com/

it sounding like the product sent u an unsolicited malwares on your pc...check the configuration if it has a program that automatically opening the links whenever you use internet..
*go to start, then run--type msconfig
*in system configuration utility box, choose startup menu..uncheck all the programs that has nothing to do in making the running your pc run fast and good..
another one...
*go to start, settings, then control panel
*choose "add or remove programs", check for the currently installed program..whatever you learned that has connivance with the popups, uninstall it (everything that has nothing to do with the windows and msword or other good running softwares)
and finally...
*download the CCLEANER, from filehippo...get the latest version. install it, it will wipe out all traces of computer usage, and the cookies as well. also, install the latest spybot kill & destroy to protect you from internet harm.
(note: i dont use norton any longer, though i once with it...there is so much more in the task-making of ccleaner, spybot, avg joint effort than norton could do, i swear..)
spybot is for all kinds of malware, spywares, and adwares... you could set the levels of security and block all unwanted site..ccleaner is cleaning the track usage, and avg--to ensure that the beginning virus inflicted files will get rid of your system..install it all..

These pop ups are a nucience they only want you to buy their very expensive software thats usually sub standard. Try spywaredoctor to get it off your computer . You can get a free edition of spywaredoctor now at www.googlepack.com

It's a virus, run Adware from lavasoft, spybot. if that does not work, formatting can do the job.
