Hmmm, Id probably close my eyes and scream my head off while my body is contorted by the wind and my limbs flail about.
However, Id only jump if it was necessary and if I had a parachute strapped to my back.
And anyway, normally they would land the plane and put those big blow up slides down or get you to jump of the wings into the water. Where you would get those silly little whistles and blow up tubes. I DONT WANT BLOW UP, I WANT KEEP UP!
Well thats my view any way.

I'd put on a parachute and try not to think about it - just do it.
