I know I'm not being loyal to both of them, but I can't take it any more. I feel overwhelmed thinking about what to do. please give me an advise! I feel desperate. My life is a lie..

If you are married, you have made promises to your spouse and you are responsible to not look elsewhere. You can make up your mind to leave the other person alone. I'm sorry that it's gone this far, but you can get yourself out of this situation simply by making the right choice. If it's too difficult to do this by yourself, perhaps a counselor can help. Accept the situation because this is not so unique as you think of it. If your partners are able to understand it that is the better if you tell them all the situation. If they are narrow-mindend, then do not say a word, till you do not decide what to step. But do not turture yourself, if your love is true love, that is not a guilt to love more than one. There is no natural law for that you are allowed to love only one. And to love two is much better than love nobody, and live a selfish, egoist life.

It seem you are under fire of the lie you did. Its time to be truthful to yourself.
ask your self is it worth the lie. I would advise you to tell both of them the truth regardless to the outcome. Tell your husband you are sorry and want to restart again.
Tell him you are very sorry for the action you did and you are ready to be loyal to him fully. Its better to tell him before he is told by others which will result to him booting you completely.
Tell the other that you want to go on with your life. Tell him to forget about you for you want to save your marriage.

If I could tell you my story you would be amazed. One thing I can share... the one outside your marrige will and does cost you. And your spouse / family / friends / co-workers / pets.... they will all pay for your desisions. you have a tuff choice on your hands and people can say what they will. I know what your thinking... but you put yourself there and only you can chose different. It is not easy but you have to do what you can live with. that is the key... what can you live with .... if you feel guilty now.... it will increase if you go the selfish way.

That's why divorce exists!!! Please leave your wife.. you are stealing precious time away from her! I am in the same situation.. I decided to leave my boyfriend because it's what's best for HIM. Leave your wife and do the right thing. Life is too short to waste it loving someone who is cheating on you! Spare your wife from throwing away precious time.
