They will sieze your and then your parents and after that your relatives' and near and dear ones' properties - house, insurance, mutual fund, gold, fixed deposits, shares, bonds, cars, electronics items, etc. They will seize also jobs. You can do 5 things 1. Go to the specific bank, meet the General Manager and tell about your situation.Cry a lot, beg a lot. Take your parents and relatives as well. Tell them to also cry and beg and hold the leg of the GM. He may kick all you out. But you people still hold the leg. tell him that you will pay back but in a very long term and less monthly installments. He may grant your request provided you are willing to give some guaranteed bond from police, insurance or government bond. 2. Sell something like house to partially payback and then do the above. 3. Take another loan personal through family, friends and relatives and or through another bank and pay 4. Leave India forever. Erase your total Indian Identity. Remember in this case the goons of the bank will make your dear ones life almost suicidal. 5. Surrender to the bank and be jailed for the rest of your life in rigorous imprisonment alone or with your dear ones' depending on the court verdict.over.

Go to a professional, like a CA or 'finance advisor', whose services include helping with a PAN card application, give a fee of Rs. 250.00, sign on the form and give the data for filling the form, and supporting documents like photo, proof of address etc., as required -- and, in 10 to 15 days of time, you will receive the PAN card in mail, delivered to you at home! (Or, of course, you can do it directly through a Bank or other agency authorised to receive your application for PAN card -- the fee currently is, Rs. 70.00, i think! Axis Bank (formerly, UTI Bank), is one such agency.)
