Does anyone know what Community College is best to prepare you in the field of Psychology? I live in LA County by the way so anything in Los Angeles would be appreciated. I will be attending next Fall/2008. I really don't know where to apply. I was admitted to Cal State LA but I think I will work myself up since its too... expensive. That's the only reason why im considering a Community College first since its affordable. Any tips.....

Most community colleges don't specialize too much, since you basically take only your lower division courses there. I would go to a college known to be good overall, because they will be recognized and are sure to have a decent psych department. The best in L.A. are Santa Monica College and Pasadena City College.
