You need to see another doctor. The itchy could be allergy-related, or even just dry skin (I get that, esp. in the winter, and it drives me CRAZY). The tenderness and swelling? Any chance you are pregnant? Close to that time of the month? But open sores are never a good thing. If your doctor can't help, ask another doctor.

I would suggest only taking luke warm showers for one thing. (only pat dry with a towel) After the shower try putting on some Eucerin or body oil. Try wearing a loose fitting sports bra (wash this with unscented laundry detergent NO FABRIC SOFTENERS) and get some 12% lactic acid lotion. They sell it in some stores now without a prescription. You can also get it online. Doctors will always tell you this. However, don't use the lactic acid if you have open sores on your breasts. Get some lanolin. I know it sounds silly as usually nursing mothers use it, but its an ointment that will protect and heal the wounds.

try not to shower/bathe in hot water, can strip the skin of it's natural oils. get a thick unscented cream to use everytime you get of of the shower/bath. buy bras that feel comfortable, try them on before you buy. Don't set the bra too tight, but a little loose. to give you breathing room, and so it won't rub on your skin, irritating it. if you don't see any kind of results, i suggest you go back to the doctor and insist for help, and maybe a prescribed cream that will help.

Go to another doctor. I recommend a dermatologist. I hope you will find some relief. Best wishes.

You may have let someone with herpes 'finish' on your boobs, or you may be pregnant, or you may have body lice, or-if you had measles as a kid-this could be shingles, or you may be allergic to a new deoderant, or perfume. Get to a doctor, and demand some tests.

you need to go back to the doctor. are they bleeding because you're scratching them? as for the tenderness... have you considered pregnancy?

bleeding from nipples is really bad. sometimes they itch just from dryness. have you tried cortisone? are you using an enlarging cream?
