I'm doomed i did the shield of arrav quest all out of order. i started it by joining the black arm by buying crossbows nd weapon storage key. how can i fix it. i want to star over

you need a friend or another player to help
you search for another player in the phoenix gang
or the opposite of your gang
let the other player find the half of the shield
and you should find yours too
if you have weapon store key go to the next house after the phoenix gangs hide out
it's locked so you unlock it with the weapon store key
go up and you'll see the weapon's master get the phoenix crossbow and the weapon's master will attack you
fight the weapon's master and finish him
get phoenix crossbow go down and out
you and your friend should go to the museum and look for someone there(not the guards)
the museum someone should give you two halves of a certificate then trade 1 of it to your friend and your friend should give you too
use the other part of the certificate(the one you have) and the other part of the certificate(your friend's certificate)
go to king roald (the king in the varrock's palace)
and you already finished the quest with your friend
