Okay, so I sweat a lot and my hair becomes very oily and appears greasy. First take a cold shower and scrub your scalp with light pressure. After your hair has dried and it still appears oily get a little bit of Johnson&Johnson baby powder and put in on your hair then rub in until it disappears. Use only a bit though. The baby powder will absorb the oils in your hair. I recommend using a light serum for shine after towel drying your hair then blow-drying your hair on cold. Next time you wish for curls to hold use can hairspray. If you don't have the time to curl every strand of hair, put some ringlet 07 by Redken in your hair. I love the texture it gives my hair, it makes it shiny, no oily appearence and beautiful ringlet curls. Hope I have helped you :)
