Do you leave the tampon in? Or do you have to take it out every time you gotta pee/poo...

You leave it in. Tampons sit against your cervix, at the end of your vagina. Your urethra (where you pee from) is just inside the entrance of your vagina, so tampons do not get in the way.

Sure why not? I leave the tampon in until four hours are up or I feel the need to change it.

If the tampon is fully saturated, it's likely to fall out on its own. This is especially true for women who have had children and had that area stretched. It never fully tightens back up after giving birth.

If u go #2 make sure that none of that is stuck on the string...that might cause a urinary or vaginal infection. As the say wipe from front to back =)

Leave it in, believe it or not, you got 3 holes down there.

I for sex/tampons, 1 for urine, and one for poopey.
