for one thing, isn't your money his money and visa versa when it comes to your husband? If you are still lending money to him and expecting it back, your marriage is so messed up. Now a non married couple. Yeah, i would say lend, but it all depends on the relationship.

I don't have MY money... WE have OUR money, for a start but I would say a big YES! If you can't trust your husband over a few bucks, there is a big problem!
If your partner is just someone you have been with a month or 2 and you aren't sure about the relationship then that is another scenario all together. If you are questioning it then you already have your doubts. I would say if you think you won't get it back from a short term partner then don't give it. Only give what you wouldn't be torn up over if you never had it returned to you!

Depends. Most of the time I do.
He always lends me money!! I don't carry any cash on me, because the kids get in it.

Unless it's all I have in my wallet and I need to go and pay bills, yeah. Once you are at the point of calling someone your partner instead of boy or girlfriend, who's money it is becomes more or less irrelevent.

i depends on why? if he wants to go out and spend it on something frivolous, probably not... he'd need to save the money for toys...
if he needed something (dental appointment, etc), then yes, most likley.
