I Am a Pats fan, and with this season reading all these hate replies I got to thinking about the word hate so here is my question for you all.
What Players, teams and coaches do you hate and why? Also what level of hate do you have for them?
I hate the Colts and Manning but to the degree of I rather them lose than win. But some of you out there answering and even asking hate to such a degree it makes me think that you have known a whole team or one person like a friend, classmate or personally to the level of you know what they do on a daily basis. That kind of hate is really jealousy or envy. So what level of hate are you at and why?
Please back up your answers, the pointless I hate "insert words here" will not get you any respect from true fans. I do hope to stir up a hornets nest with this question to see where True fans and Band-wagoners motives actually lay.

So far all of you have given valid responses to the question. its more of a dislike than true hate. I do agree BB is a terrible media coach, but then again there are and have been a lot worse. Sometimes its the Media themselves. I mean when 3-5 reports ask the same question to anyone do you think that person wants to repeat the answer 5 times? I personally would be like can you shut the hell up about THAT subject i answered 5 minutes ago? As for the cheating incident. BB was asked several times about it and he answered it was a league matter, which both the media and some fans thought was the wrong answer, but in fact it was the right answer. The media needs to learn when to stop asking the same questions in press conferences when they know the answer can and will not change. I mean if I were to ask any of you why you replied to this question 5 times after you ave me an answer would not you want to move on? Btw I was referring to Parcels about the worse Media coach thing.

i dislike bellichick.. he's a very good coach, there's no doubt about that.. but he's just disrespectful.. going for it on 4th down up 20 something in the 4th quarter was just a classless move in his goal to 'stick it' to the NFL for the whole spygate scandal.. running up the score on everyone he faces, i just hate it.. sure he wins, but he rubs it in your face, he's just asking for fans to alienate the team in my opinion. one of these days when he's running up the score brady is going to get seriously injured... only then will he learn...
i don't dislike the pats, they're a very talented savy team, only bellichick for the way he uses his players for his own good

My hatred for the Patriots goes back about 23 years to when the Colts first moved to Indy. That's when I became a Colts fan. The Patriots were a division rival back then.
One game in particular cemented my hatred for the Patriots. I don't remember what year this was, but it was before instant replay. Basically, the Patriots won a game against the Colts that they simply should not have. The Patriots had a drive at the end of the game and they scored a "touchdown" (I believe it was on 4th down) when the receiver CLEARLY had one foot in and one foot out. It was out by like 2 feet. It was so ridiculous.
Anyway, nowadays I hate them for the following reasons:
1) Bill Belichick is just a foul human being. He's an outstanding coach, but a terrible person. The way he has run up the score on so many teams this year is ridiculous. During the 4th quarter, the Patriots have their starters in the game, they're still throwing the ball, and they're going for it on 4th down! And the way he dissed Coach Dungy and Manning after he lost in the AFC Championship game really reflected the kind of man he is.
2) Tom Brady -- He immediately ran off the field after losing last year in the AFC Championship instead of being a man and shaking hands with Manning and Dungy. Additionally, Brady's having a great year, but I honestly don't feel he's better than Manning. Peyton will own every record in the books (including Favre's ironman record) when he retires. Brady will just have the single season passing td record (probably).
3. Patriots fans. Some are OK--Darth Brady (even though he and I clearly disagree on all things political) actually amuses me ("your thumbs down will only make me stronger") and Terry C and Tabi are alright. But a bunch of the Pats fans on YA and elsewhere are just beyond obnoxious. Yeah, we know you're 14-0: good for you!
Notice I didn't say anything about the whole spygate thing because I don't really care about it. And I couldn't care less about Brady's personal life.
Anyway, 'Why I hate the Patriots' vol. 1, there it is. I'm out.
P.S. I'm a huge fan of Tedy Bruschi. I really admire the way he came back from the stroke to play again. I'm bummed that he'll be retiring before too long.

Please allow me to begin by saying that I love sports of all types. And football ranks above all others. But to allow people I have never met to have any influence on my life is pretty silly. I like the Cowboys, and I enjoy watching them win, as much as I don't like to see them lose. But once the game is over, it was still just a bunch of adult children being paid more than I will ever see in my entire life to play a game.
So, I like the Cowboys, and I will always root against the Redskins, the Eagles, and the 49ers. But my level of "hate" has to be about as low as it can be and still have an interest in the game.
Now respect is an entirely different question. I have a complete lack of respect for Bobby Patrino. Something about having three jobs in a year rubs me the wrong way.
I am losing respect for Bill Parcells the man, not the football mind. I think he used the Falcons situation to play off the Dolphins to get a better deal from them.
I'm a little torn on the Patriots as an organization. Spygate doesn't bother me at all. However, this us against the world justification for running up the score on a couple of occassions screams of bad sportsmanship. (Passing into the endzone on forth down when your ahead by a couple of touchdowns already cannot be considered anything else.)

The guy above me is an Eagles fan. duh.
I was raised in Oklahoma City. As you know the closest thing we have to a pro team is OU.
Most Okies are Cowboys fans, which just makes no sense to me... We hate all the Texas teams that OU plays, but when it comes to the Pros, everyone is like, "oh, ok, Go Dallas".
Sorry, but I decided not to follow that illogical path.
The other option was to be a Chiefs fan. Ok, I am down with that, not a Texas team...OK.
However, when I was a kid, I hated the Cowboys so much that I chose to be a fan of the Redskins since they were the biggest rival the Cowboys had at the time.
And I am still a Redskins fan to this day...even though I am mature enough now to not automatically hate anything from Texas...hell my wife is from Texas. I take that back, I do hate anything from Texas. LOL.
As for coaches, I hate any coach that plays not to lose. If you don't have balls, don't be a coach. And currently my beloved Redskins coach Gibbs, who I respect, has lost his balls. Truly a shame.
Other than that, I hate Jimmy Johnson with a passion.. Ok, I know he is not coaching now, but that does not dissipate my hate for him.
I don't have problem one with Belichick, he does his job better than than rest...he should be respected for it. Nobody said you had to be 'nice'. The job is to win, and he does...remember, I am a Redskins fan, not a Pats fan, but I show respect when it is due...and it is due to the Pats and their coach.

I hate the Pukesburgh Squeelers, grew up in the Northern Ohio area where you learn to hate the Squeelers and the University Of Michigan. Fast Willie Parker isn't so fast right now is he? I think I will take up a collection for Big Ben so he can buy a crotch rocket motorcycle for this off season. Hines Ward go back to Korea and stay. Santonio Holmes one word to define you traitor, from a Buckeye to a pukesburger. I'll at least give Bill Coward props for getting out before the ship starts sinking. Anyday the gold and black and the wolverines lose is a good day.

I am a Dallas Cowboys fan, not a fair weather fan I was born into a family of Cowboy fans. You always hate the best you don't hear many people saying "I hate the Saints" or "I hate Brock Berlin" because they aren't a real threat to your team. I hate the Patriots, Giants, Redskins, and Eagles. A few of the players I hate are Tom Brady, L.T., Ray Lewis, Peyton Manning (I am an LSU fan he is from Louisiana but went to Tennessee), the only coach I really hate is Brian Belichick. But all are considered the best (I hate the Giants, Redskins, and Eagles for other, obvious reasons.

I dislike the changes mostly. What changes?
What happened to rivals?
Do you remember when the Steelers vs Jacksonville would be a huge rival about 4-5 years ago
So they take them out of the division and place them in another and guess what the rival apparently meant squat
But what i hate most is the cheating that goes on by the pats they deserve a *

Count your blessings. My old HS coach was an ex Army Drill Sargent that was dismissed for being too rough on the new recruits. As far as I can tell from your statement he's testing you to see if you can stand up to the pressure of the game. It wont bode well for him if he has a eggshell fragile player (see Vince Young) out there blocking and serving as a safety net to his QB. Everyone drops passes just do your best not to and you'll be fine. If you want to score points, work your butt off. When on the practice field give it your all and in the weight room push your self.

I hate the Browns, everything about them. I am a lifelong Steelers fan, so there is not much to explain. We have a long, deepseated rivalry. Don't let this season fool you. They are still the same old crusty Brown Stains.
I hate Pitt. I am a West Virginia University alumni, so there is not much to explain here, either. We have a long, deepseated rivalry. That last loss pushed me over the edge and will ruin my New Year's, just knowing we could be playing for National Championship.
That's about it as far as hating teams. I don't really hate any particular players or coaches, although there are plenty I dislike. For instance, I could give a dozen reasons why I dislike Coach Belicheat, but I wouldn't say I hate the guy. I do hate the Browns and Pitt.

Well this is a deep subject that could take all night but , I see it like this I may hate teams but I hate them as in i dont want them winning or in the the playoffs. But hate is a strong word so I dislike them. Besides NFL has been around for a long time and if it wasn't for all of us well the fans there wouldn't be NFL.

I hate Belichick...
I mean yes he's got a great team on his hand.. but running up the score is not much of a class-act.. Yes I know the NFL isn't about "class" but be a man n show some respect by at least shaking hands with the opposing coach...(he's done it like once? N I think it was with Mangini)...
And his press conferences suck.. Public speaking isn't his strongest suit.. I mean at least answer the ?s right.. I've never heard him give a straight answer..
As for teams... Patriots.. I've never liked em ever since the Raiders game fumble.. It seems like the refs are on their side
