My pick out of the names you have there would have to be Emma Elizabeth. It has a nice ring to it.
Good Luck with the new baby coming.

Emma Jean Grace - a good name but just a little too plain and common for my liking.
Emma Elizabeth - I don't know, it just doesn't sound right...there's no flow. And I much prefer the spelling Elisabeth, I find it to be less harsh.
Malaina Mae - FAR too rhymey. Malaina looks made up to me; have you considered maybe Melaina,Malena, Melina, or Milena? I do like the name Mae though, another similar sounding name is Maeve, which is a Gaelic and English name that means "intoxicating". There is a possibility that Mae is actually derived from the name Maeve.
Thalia Grace - Again, they are both good names, they just don't go together well.
Skylar - good name, but it could possibly cause some gender confusion (Skylar is a unisex name)
Skylar Vicoria - again with the gender confusion. I do like Victoria though. Very pretty name, but I just can't picture it with any of the other names you've chosen.
My suggestions would be:
Elisabeth Maeve (my favorite)
or Elizabeth Mae
Of course, these are all just my opinions and another factor to consider is whether it sounds right with your surname.
And also, if you'd like more advise you should go to http://www.babynamesworld.com they have both name reviewing and name suggesting services available.
Hope this helped and good luck!!!

Emma, Jean, Grace, Mae and Victoria are all boring old names to me.
Malaina is quite pretty and so is Skylar and Elizabeth is a good classic name, but my favourite would be Thalia/Talia. I love this name!
What about...
Thalia Paige
Thalia Jayde
Thalia Jasmine
Thalia Skye
Thalia Elizabeth
Hope that gives you some ideas.

I love Thalia Grace, that is just beautiful!
I also like Emma Grace, or Eliza Grace or Emily Grace.
I don't like Skylar at all, it sounds like a company name or something, not for a little girl.
Definitely Thalia or Emma.

I like Thalia Grace alot!
Beautiful, but if it were me, I'd name her Dahlia Grace. I think they're both pretty, and different, but not weird. plus, Grace goes with anything.
Emma Elizabeth.......no
Sorry, I hate both of these names. I think Gemma is a lot prettier. Emma is one of the most common names right now.
Malaina Mae......eh, doesn't thrill me, I think it has too much of an "A" sound in it. I'd go with a different middle name.
Skylar is cute, and I like that you chose Victoria to go with it. It's unexpected. The names are from 2 different eras, but they go together quite well. Victoria Skylar sounds good too!
Emma Jean Grace........Emma Jean sounds like the name Imogene
Why not name her Imogen/Imogene Grace? It's pretty, and unusual!
hope I helped! Congrats!

Emma is nice but it's way too common, she may be sitting in a classroom for 12 years with three other Emmas. I like Malaina and Thalia the best. Good luck!!!:-)
