My daughter. She's an angel, and the strongest woman I know. She has helped me through some terrible times.
On a day-to-day basis, my kitty-cat takes very good care of my emotional needs. He saved my life after my husband died. I couldn't function, but I focused on my cat. He was grieving terribly, also. Every morning, I was able to get out of bed, only because I had to take care of him. I went to work, because I had to keep the roof over his head, and buy his food and litter. I didn't care if I lived or died there for a while, but I was able to do it for my purr-baby. Eventually, together, we healed. To some extent, at least.
I'd like to rely on my fiance more. I know he loves me, but he thinks b*tching at me about what I should or shouldn't be doing (in the world according to him) is in some way helping me. He could take lessons from the cat. My fuzzy one just cuddles and loves me no matter what. If I'm sad or stressed, he climbs right into my lap. Always makes me feel better.
I also have a friend or two I can always call on, if need be. I guess I am blessed that way. Thanks for reminding me!

My family would, family is always there whenever you need them. Though while i was on the T (subway thing, boston) I have almost fallen numerous times and my friends would catch me before I fell and the weird thing, I haven't even known them that long only almost 4 months because I just started school so that was nice that they wouldn't let me fall, even if I did almost drag them down with me. I did fall once though on that thing and my friend gave me a hand. but one of my older friends in high school i remember once gave me a lil push and i ended up falling yeah it was funny but they didn't help me back up at all they laughed! but I'm sure maybe one of my older friends from high school would do the same thing.... hopefully just not the one that pushed me... lol Like I said family is always there they're they ones you should always count on because i know they will always catch me and not shove me.... and my two dogs too!!! lol : )

My husband, my mom and my grandma. It is sad, but the more people you have in your life, the fewer you can really trust.
