Many times, many different bars. Everyone I know straight and gay alike love going to gay bars. Of course, I live in Chicago and go to a pretty gay-positive school.

Of Course where I live is surrounded by 24/7 Gay Bar's and Gay Night Clubs, cafes, restaurants, book stores etc.

Yes, and I'm straight. My buddy once saw 4-5cute girls sitting in a bar and wanted to go check them out. He didn't realize that it was a gay bar, that the girls were either lesbian, or were having girls night out and didn't want to be hit on by a bunch of guys. He ordered a beer, and after he paid, I pointed out the sign on the wall that read, "Happy pride day from S.F.'s second oldest gay bar!" (I think it was Kimo's or something, down in the tenderloin). You should have seen the look on his homophobic face, as I sipped my suds watching him squirm while the bartender flirted with him. Great memories.

I would go to a lesbian milk bar, but I don't think that kind of thing exists, sadly.
As for a regular gay bar, well.. I don't drink, I don't dance, and I have a very quiet voice. I don't think it would work out too well.

yes. many times. and better than any night in a so called straight bar. i danced the night away and no one cared that i was fat and didn't wear the latest fashion. even better i got all my gay friends going there. i miss it. don't know of many in Scotland. it says a lot that a straight female is happier in a gay bar than anywhere else. well, except the Mayfair rock club and the pigsty rock club!!

Unfortunately only once(we can't wait to go back), with my girlfriend.It was great. We were really able to be ourselves, kiss and dance. (we live in a very rural area where gays are just not accepted).We had a blast tho.More towards the end of the night they had a drag show.It was so great. We drank and laughed.We haven't had as much fun since!

Yes, but then I am over 18 (the legal age in the UK).
They are just regular places.
There are many around. Some areas have more than others though.
