It's PMS. It affects your mood swings, your body & basically everything is not to your liking. Some women get very emotional, they can cry & get upset, some women get very moody, they can be easily irritated & agitated. It also depends on your overall well-being before your period. If your life has been in shambles & on a roller-coaster ride, your PMS could start as early as 2 weeks before and you'll be so miserable & so moody & after your period, you would probably wonder how you could be such a b****. There are a lot of supplements that you can take as early as 2 weeks before your period to help with your mood swings. You're not alone. Like some uneducated guys say: "it's a woman thing". Be around things that make you happy & comfortable. Talking about it with women friends also help take your mind off of it. Just knowing, acknowledging & understanding your symptoms also help you get through it. PMS sucks but it doesn't have to get in the way & don't let it get to you.

I get really depressed so I start cutting. The cutting helps me act normal around everyone else. But I really don't recommend this - I'm a dumb teen.

Before your period you may get PMS. It sucks. You may act crazy, sad, mad, super glad, or crave food. I hate it
