I try to eat nicely, but it ends up being a sloppy mess

I guess it depends on how drunk or stoned I am.
I guess when I'm inebriated or get the munchies I tend to be a bit sloppy and such.
But when I'm sober, I'm a perfectly normal eater - no more messy or clean than the next guy.

I try to keep clean but it just doesnt work out that way sometimes. The sloppier foods seem to be the better tasting ones to me. I get a dribble or 2 on a shirt or pantleg every now and then.

I'm actually neither...I don't use "proper" manners (my napkin's not in my lap and my elbows are always on the table) but I'm not a messy eater at all!

it depends on the meal . if it's finger food well i try to do it properly but then it turns out messy -__-
but i try to do it properly and cleanly.. i guess it's the asian in me that makes me do it hahaha jk jk

I'm neat. My wife is messy. So I wipe her lips (and face) like mommy does to her kids.

Well, recently, when no one was looking, I copied a habit of my husband's (yes it's really his habit, I'm not just blaming him for my own lack of couth!) - I licked my plate!! I would not ever do this in front of anyone but him -- and then only occasionally. I also recently saw our 6 year old lick her plate just prior to placing it in the dishwasher. She thought no one was looking!
