To add or remove programs, you need to select START, go into your control panel and select remove or add programs.

If you're running a PC, the icon/option should be in your control panel. If you can't find it, do what I used to do: try to delete an icon (that leads to a program) on your desktop and click 'delete'. It SHOULD ask if you are sure, tell you that it will only remove the shortcut to the program, and include a link to the Add/Remove programs file.

1. go to control panel
2. Switch to classic view
3. If you didn't see it, go to run and type this: "appwiz.cpl"
4. Click OK
5. If still can't execute it.
6. Borrow Somebody's computer Navigate to:
C:/Windows/System32
7. Copy "appwiz.cpl" into a pendrive or sme other thing
8. Navigate to the same place in your computer and paste the copied file.
9. Restart Computer
