Age is only in the mind. When I turned 30, it was no different then 29 to me. I am now 52, and I have never regretted any age I have been. You just need to keep in good health and just be glad that you have lived to reach 30. You can still meet a girl and get married. You can still have fun, you are not over the hill by a long shot. Life is to short to waste. Take one day at a time, and make every moment count, even when taking time for leisure and rest. Enjoy life. Live life as if today were your last, but plan for your future like you will live for ever. That is my advice.

When I turned 30 last year, I looked around & looked at myself & wondered what I had done the past few years & got really upset (heart-break, lousy job, far away from home, and all the emotional roller-coaster stuff) but then I picked myself up & thought - my life is 30 years gone, so make the next 30 years worth living, make it great & not to think of it as half-gone but to think that it's a new beginning. At least you're still alive & you've made it 30 years later. Have fun, start learning new skills, make new friends, make some life goals, take on a new hobby, and just live life to the fullest! Happy 30th!

Buddy you sound like me. except for the wife and kids.I have a wife a two kids and I'm 31 years old and I'm hoping Answers and Questions can help me figure out what I should be when I grow up. But please you're way to young to kill yourself,J/K. Actually at your age the medical field may not be able to use your body parts and therefore you wouldn't be worth much.J/k The thing that gives me hope is the fact that Jesus never had a formal training according to the scribes.
What he possessed as in wisdom was because the Holy Ghost is what he is.

Enjoy your life, appreciate each day, remember so many people in the world are less fortunate than you. What they would give to be able to live to 30 and have electricity, let alone a computer and access to the Internet!
You have so very much to be grateful for. Get out there and do something for somebody in need. It might change your whole outlook.

oh, when i was 30, i was in legal trouble, chasing tail and having a hi old time. IT WAS GREAT. then i became 40 and was chasing tail, in legal trouble, and it was great. i was having a great time! then i hit 50 locked up in a texas prison and it wasnt so good. now things arent so hot, in fact, things are bad.
don't waste your youth my man. dont get dragged down by the ad agencies, sexy ****, and the corruption. be true to yourself and it will be ok. get that education. AND whatever you do, think with the big brain, not the little one! HAPPY B-DAY mf'er!

I've heard it said that being in your 30's is when you start to become more of yourself...you learn to say "no" to the stuff you really want to say "no" to. You enjoy and appreciate your life more. It's all good from here on out.
Love it!

What is it like is what is: be grateful you have reached this stage and REFLECT. Am I where I want to be right now? What do I need to improve ME? This will positively effect your future and ea. decade be thankful you are still here reflecting upon what is. The alternative is dreadful...
