It was filed at court and I was being harrassed by a detective daily. I was innocent and kept repeating myself, he told me he was sending a unit to pick me up at my house, well, that never happenend. So two years later I decided to check with the court it shows my name but no arrest warrant, it says something was filed but only a warrant fact sheet? Can anyone tell me what that is and what does this mean for my future jobs? Is this a conviction? I never went to court, the court never sent me anything and after talking to the detective i never heard anything again. can anyone help explain?

Well, I will try to ignore the part where you admit you got in some trouble and yet later indicate that you were innocent and being harassed by the detective. Obviously, even you yourself admit that the detective at least had probable cause to investigate you.

That aside, you were not convicted of any crime or you would have known about that. Unless you were in hiding or out of the country, you would have been in court where even a moderate amount of attention would have been sufficient to inform you of that fact.

Therefore, on any job application or interview, feel free to say that you have never been arrested for or convicted of any felonies or misdemeanors, assuming you don't have anything else in your past.
