Use a piece of 2x2 ( a piece of wood 2"x 2")for an arm and an egg cup or perhaps a Dixie cup to hold the golf ball. use a child's sand bucket as a weight. If you can fit a larger bucket it the more weight the better. Build as frame and off you go. Remember the longer the arm with the golf ball the more leverage you have. The 2x2 is good because you may have to experiment to find the best pivot point.
