It is not normal for humans to beam lights out or eyes. Cats eyes can reflect light (for night vision) but don't produce it, humans don't reflect any light, and don't produce light.

You should check to see if other people can see it, because it might just be an optical illusion or the other possibility is a mental health condition. That is, you might be insane, or there might be something wrong with your eyes.

Anyway, go see a doctor, in fact go and talk to some teaching and research hospitals, they love to study people who are a bit unusual and would do it free of charge.

It depends on the level of physical reality you're asking about.

Many people can project psychic energy and other people can "see" that psychic energy. For some, they can read a person's "aura" by being aware of the energy field around the person. Some people project psychic energy through their hands. Some can use that to heal injuries and illnesses. The difference in the hands of such healers can be photographed with Kirlian photography. It can also be seen by people who can see auras. I would not be surprised at people projecting psychic energy through their eyes, but taking a Kirlian photo of someone's eyes could possibly be dangerous to their normal vision. Again, a sensitive who can see auras might also be able to see that projected energy.

All of this is in the range of "normal" if you accept the idea that all of us are at least a little bit psychic. But visible light that a narrow-minded skeptic could use to read a newspaper in the dark, no, that's pretty out of the normal range.

If it's happening to you, I would suggest looking for a psychic research center for help in understanding it. You'd most likely get more acceptance there than from a medical doctor or the average scientific researcher.

I think it's interesting. Occasionally people are born slightly different, like with 12 fingers and 12 toes. I've read about a girl who basically has x-ray vision. She can see deep within a person's body and has aided physicians during operations. The researchers who have studied her have been dumbfounded.

Perhaps it's evolution at work. These things sound hard to believe, but think about it this way: At one point, we were all single cell organisms bouncing into one another. Now we're made up of billions of cells allowing us to run, jump, think, smell, observe, juggle, etc. It makes you wonder what we'll be capable of in the distant future.

No, it's totally not normal. I have an interesting bit of philosophical trivia for you. Philosophers and scientists a long time ago asked if human eyes received light or gave off light. They couldn't come up with an answer until one man told them to look at the sun, they did and it hurt their eyes. It was therefore concluded that human eyes receive light. This was, of course, backed up by science once it was properly up to date.

That's all the info I have for you. Humans don't shoot light beams from the eyes.

Quite frankly, I don't know what you are asking. And check your spelling. Use an example if possible.

I admire those who interpeted what they did (and don't understand every single answer).

Eyes certainly do not emit light - they use a sensing system (you can research this on google to get more detailed info) to receive light, and feeding the amassed data into the optic nerve for interpretation by the brain.

While it's theoretically possible, no case has ever been documented. It certainly couldn't be considered normal.

Rare cases of humans having a tapetum (reflective layer in the retina of the eye) have been reported, but again no documented cases exist. See an ophthalmologist, and get this documented if at all possible.

Unless you are just pulling our leg after all...

Animals do but Ive never seen it happen with a human. That is if you are talking about eyes that reflect a flashlight beam in the dark, etc.

You're not a freak... but you might want to consider seeing a mental health professional.

Best doing is 'don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you.' but people these days are reckless so they take pleasure in doing what they themselves don't like to be done to them.
