I like all of the names that you are considering. I think I like them so much because they are "normal" names. From the list, I like Amelia the most. I am going to name my girl, if ever I have a girl, Amelia Joelle. So, that one ranks the highest with me. As for the rest, here is how I rank them:
1. Amelia- just love the name.
2. Joleen- I think it sounds smart and really pretty.
3. Whitney- reminds me of a girl in high school that was really popular and outgoing, but still nice to everyone and highly intelligent.
4. Hannah- someone who is graceful, as the name implies.
5. Jenny- a classic and beautiful name.
6. Katie- nice, smart, friendly and outgoing.
7. Rachelle- someone who is a lot of fun to be around.
8. Kim- a very reserved, quiet child, but all the teachers like her.
9. Alena- kind of a stuck up girl who only likes others that are like her.
10. Charlotte- really pretty on the outside, but a total *****.
Pam- boring person with little personality.
Janice- The name itself is nice, but I know 4 lesbian girls named this so it gets bad connotations with me.

Hannah - LOVE this name. Very cute yet grown up.
Whitney - Not a fan, sorry.
Katie - As a nickname for Kate or Kaitlyn; yes, but not on it's own.
Jenny - I like it.
Alena - Not my style but I do like Alana.
Kim - Only as a nickname for Kimberley.
Joleen - Love this name so much. It's so pretty.
Janice - I don't really like it at all.
Amelia - Very cute! Mia or Millie as a nickname is great!
Charlotte - LOVE this name. Charlee or Lottie are cute nicknames.
Pam - Only as a nickname for Pamela but even then I don't really like it.
Rachelle - Is this pronounced Rach-elle or Ra-shelle? I like Rachel best and it's a real favourite of mine.
My favourites are Hannah, Charlotte, Joleen, Amelia and Rachelle (if prounounced as Rachael)
My least favourites are Katie, Pam and Kim as I hate nicknames as full names.
All my favourite names remind me of a young girl who has the biggest heart you could ever find and is a good student.
Good luck with finding the perfect name!

I'm partial to Jenny-that's my name!! It reminds me of myself and of "Jen-nay" on Forrest Gump. The others I like are Hannah (i like it cause spelled backwards it's the same name) and Whitney-it just sounds like a smart person-reminds me of the singer Whitney Houston. My least favorite is Pam. Sounds like the Pam spray you'd find in your kitchen. Go with Jenny =)

ew...Janice is my least favorite. Reminds me of some overly tan leathery soccer mom with red nails yelling at all the kids on the field and sipping starbucks. YUCK. On your list, I prefer the names Amelia and Charlotte...have always had a soft spot for Jenny, but not Jennifer...
