Lay in bed and think and stuf.
Its really interesting, and you think of the randomest things. And eventually you will fall asleep.
If not, jump around and act stupid and dance to music.
Watch tv.
Call your friends then sneak out, always lots of fun. ;]

Just try relaxing a bit, by taking a warm and looooong bath, light some candles and listen to your favorite music....that works for me...
