I absolutely had your problem and know your pain. I couldn't afford fertility treatment and had tried everything in the book to get pregnant. Well, to begin w/, I had an abnormal mentrual cycle, which made it nearly impossible to conceive. Then I found this natural medication called ovulex. I decided to try ovulex and it regualted my period and I got pregnant in about two months. Come to find out, there was just an imbalance in my body and ovulex fixed it and now I have a beautiful baby!!

I definitely recommend it and I wish you the best.

There is also amburoze (s/p?) for guys...it can help w/ male fertility and works wonders as well. Good luck!

Well, make sure he's deep when he ejaculates, the 3 days or so before your period when you get more sexually active, maybe more or often less natural lubricant is produced(c'um), and the vagina gets tighter, that means it is time, specifically if you feel more sexual than normal, this is your body saying.. I want some cu'm in me, basically.. for the reason of pregnancy, deep positions may be best, such as.. dunno how to say it other than doggy style, on the edge of the bed, not so much with female on top as the semen just comes out and stuff.. water based lubricant should only be used, or the sperm may die or get damaged, sorry that's all I can think of, don't have sex for a few days, then do it a few days before your period is expected, then keep doing it until your period arrives, your period may be late and so keep doing it if this is the case, at least once a day, if it doesn't come for a long time, you may have reached your goal, also make sure you are warm overall
I'll just add that good food, specifically, a LOT of fruit, veg, good meat's, chocolate, these things increase the healthy sperm count, so get him to eat some..

Sometimes, medical intervention in the form of infertility treatments is the only way... it was for me, and no insurance will cover it, unless your out in the east coast (I think). But, that shouldn't deter you because even though the treatments are expensive, all the doctors have payment plans, and some even will let you pay for one and if it doesn't work then the next one is half price or so.... trust me....you can pay it just like you pay off your spending on credit cards and its worth it in the long run. but first you should just have a consultation and describe your problems to an infertility doctor....he may discover something wrong that doesn't require you to go through treatments. My SOL had endometriosis and didn't know...once she underwent the procedure to clean it out...she got pregnant 4 times by herself. Good luck and don't give up.

Sperm does not live in your body for 7 days. AT MOST it is 5 days and that occurs rarely, no one wants to be impregnanted by 5 day old sperm, it is just not as healthy at that point.

You need to get an ovulation monitor, figure out when you ovulate, and have around the days of ovulation.

There is not much you can do on your own if you do not know what the problem is.

It could be low sperm count, uterine anomolies, progestrone levels, and other things that need doctor attention.

The best time to have sex if you want to conceive is around the middle of yopur monthly cycle. That is when you're ovulating so the chances of getting pregant then are quite high. Have sex several times during this period and stop worrying about getting pregnant. Sometimes the worry can ouse things up. Just enjoy the sex.

Start with your husband inserting his manhood into your area, have him go in and out a few times to get the fluids moving, then after he gives you the baby batter have him pull out, wipe off, and go have a soda. I have two living breathing examples that this plan will work...

use an online ovulation calendar (just enter that in to a google search). or you can buy an ovulation test kit to check when you are ovulating and the best days for you to have sex. i was also advised that sex in the missionary position is best and to stay lying down afterwards with your legs in the air for 20 mins.... good luck!
