It may be too late most giving trees and adopt a families are in the final days. Sorry your kids are in this position but sometimes people don't have the problems until too late to apply. Ask at your church they may have something to help. If not explain to the children that it is a light year, get them a couple of things at the dollar store and bake some cookies, sing some songs and have a Merry Christmas. If you like you can take them to a nursing home to sing for the residents and teach them about the joy of giving.

Salvation Army is an organization that always helps kids at Christmas. Plus the Marine Corps runs "Toys for Tots." Wal Mart has a tree that you can put your kids name on and then someone buys him the toys or clothes he wants. Operation Blessing has shopping sprees for kids at Christmas. There must be plenty of other organizations that do the same thing.

You can go to the Salvation Army. I think they work with the toys for tots program. You can also go to area churches. Sometimes they have toy giveaways.

Merry Christmas and good luck!!!

Try the Salvation Army. I know they do stuff around here for people who are trying to get toys for their kids.
