so i am a 15 year old girl and have always been a chubby kid. i used to be a cheerleader and slimed down a lot and got muscular, tone arms. However over the past couple years i got depressed and i actually tryed a whole summer to lose weight but nothing works! now i have stomach fat rolls, size 13 pants, and fat, chubby arms!! should i eat less??? i know the 5-6 meals but i can't do that. And I'd like to do dance. I just want a trim healthy muscular (not to much) body. Please helpful hints. :]
