If yes, how'd you like it?

I tried it this week for the first time. One of my Australian co-workers made me a vegemite sandwich. I couldn't even eat half of it without feeling nauseous..... LOL!

I'm an Aussie, so yes. And the iSnack that other person mentioned earlier, is Vegemite with cheese mixed in and it's way better than Vegemite - less severe.

hahaha.. I was seeing an Australian girl a long time ago and she made me a Vegemite sandwich. I pretended to enjoy it, but man , I really disliked it.. :-) No thanks!!!

Although, I found out later, she just pretended to enjoy Dr. Pepper!! :-)

Yeah. On our People to People trip a few years ago. No one would eat it, so I piled a ton on a piece of toast and ate the whole thing. Not really the best experience of my life. But it was tons of fun to bring some home and feed it to some unsuspecting victims... :)

Yum. On its own would probly be a bit strong, its lovely on cheese sarnies or on toast. Its called marmite here in the UK. You only need a tiny bit though cos its really strong tasting

Yes I have tried it before plenty of times.

I haven't yet, but I asked a few questions about it a couple of months ago, and I'm now really curious.

What (in US references) did it taste like?

We had an exchange student from Queensland that said it was wonderful. I never tasted it.

I love it. I like it on wholemeal toast. With lots of butter.
