i missed my period and kind ran out of pregnancy test but i had some ovulation tests and im not ovulating but i still see two lines could that mean im pregnant or u cant us them for that, that it wont tell u much more than when ur ovulating?

Yes, the ovulation tests "may" work as a pregnancy test as well (given similarily between LH and HcG harmone). Not as reliable though.
We used it to detect #2 pregnancy before doing HcG tests. Good luck.
