When switch on no sound &display.Motherboard INTEL D845GVSR led lamp glowing. How can I recover my corrupted bios?

You can fix your BIOS by updating it. Go to your BIOS's manufacturer web site and get the lastest one.

When booting go into the bios and check the settings there. Some of the things may have became disabled. or choose the default bios options and exit and save.

I don't understand how cleaning a system would corrupt the bios?

2 Options

1) open your computer. On your motherboard you will find a small round battery. Take that out and leave it out overnight or a few hours. Then put it back in. This should reset it.

or

2) Flash your bios. That is a whole other explination.

bios ?pull the plug for a split second after it starts now when it reboots it should reset start functions.be sure of what your doing.i'm certain you've heard this before.
Where you started would have helped some.
