What ias better,working as a DBA/programmer or oracle financials?

What we can do by answering is, suggest you and give different directions to ur thinking.
Like being an DBA/programmer you will be working on varied technologies. There will be variety in the work u do.
Whereas when u go for oracle financials the kind of work u will be doing is routine and repetative.
So its up to you to figure out ur liking.

Choose the one in which you have more confidence, command and experience. both are the best and demanding area in computer field.
