what are the names of the cables that are connected to the Internal Power Supply of a Desktop?

I bought a video card that requires connection to the power supply but the cable that i have left is not long enough to reach the video card, are there extensions to make this cables longer?
Also what are the names of this cables so i can buy an extension or something.
