Christmas decoration you have or seen!!
Mine is I filled a kids pool up with water and threw all the snowman stuff in it, and put a big sign up that says Alabama Snowman!! (I live by the beach)

When I got married my mother in law gave my husband and I all the old ornaments that he made when he was a kid and there this one that looks like a hunk of glitter poo on a string. It's suppose to be a snow flake, I think. He made it in kindergarten or 1st grade. (I think my mother in law was happy to see it go.)

The lights that are synchronized to music. I think is the cutest.
I was watching the news this morning at 3am and They were showing footage of this woman that had wrapped herself in lights. Her house, bushes, and trees are all wrapped in them but so is she! I thought that was the funniest.
My favorite is my personal ornament. It's the ornament I got on my first Christmas (which I would have only been a week old) and it's very precious and beautiful to me.

This crazy guy a few blocks away has these 20 year old clay or porcelain reindeer and they are all broken up large pieces scattered on his lawn. Its pretty morbid, but f-ing hilarious.
