In general? Just take care of yourself. Fix your hair nice, make sure your clothes look neat. Exercise a little, even if it's only walking, it should help you feel better about yourself and that should help make you more confident.

look after my weight, luckily I am naturally thin, even after my kid was born, I lost babyweight easily. Getting my hair done, shaving regurarly, make sure I wear clothing I like, wearing not too much make-up, following normal skin care regime at home, do my nails and keep it neat and short, wearing cool necklaces also makes a big difference to your clothing. Don't do too much or should I say "overdo" something. I wish I could eat more healthily and get myself to do an excersise schedule.

i got some 5lbs ones and 5lbs ankle weights.

I think it looks better to be tone that look like a skinny boy (Im refering to women)
