No. Married until dad died in 2002. You are better off living with a parent who loves you than living with two parents who don't even love each other.

No, my parents were married for 55 years until my Mom passed away.
It can be done, even though today not many people want to put in the effort and work that it takes.
Sorry to hear that your parents are divorced, that is difficult for the whole family.

No. They should be. Im old enough now I could handle it and comprehend why they should be. Your not responsible for your parents divorce. I hope someone told you that. Cripes, I know parents omg like mine who should have been long ago. Yet, they stay together for the children. Not always a good idea. Kids would rather see parents happy. Not stuck in misery.

my parents divorced in 1972. My mother never remarried but my father did in 1976. I have two half brothers from that marriage.

Nope. My parent were married in the "good ol days" when people stayed married no matter what. I'm not sure if it was a good thing for them to stay married, though. They really didn't get along while I was growing up.
