Please Help Me!!?

Question

Every where I turn,I see me exes name.On magazines,Text books,TV commercials,signs,stores,and I see it over and over agin every day.Before when I depressed about the break-up, nothing like this was happening to me.Now that I feel better,I see her name every where! Help?

In my opinion, it is obvious that you are still harboring some issues with your ex so you must help yourself to move on by going through a ritual or ceremony for truly burying that relationship. Spend time reading love letters, playing "your songs" and remember all the good times and all the not so good times then either burn everything or put it in a box and seal it up for a place in your closet that you will forget about the contents and then 30 years rediscover the treasure and have fun looking back at the you in the past and how much you have grown and matured. Move forward by helping others by volunteering, go out with your friends, take a class, get a new hobby, keep your mind busy so that you will not focus so much on ex. Now, if all that does not work then take a rubber band and put it around your wrist and every time you see your ex's name snap the rubber band so that it produces pain and keep doing it until you stop looking and recognizing your ex's name. Can I take it that you see her first name and not her whole name. If this is the case time will tell. I still think of someone every now and again and it's now three years since we split up. Sounds like you were in love. Get out there and you will find that person that may become more special than she was!

If her name is really found everywhere, I suspect it was always there and you are, for some reason, noticing it more often. If that is the case, it will pass.

Dude, you still love your ex g/f. You still wish you two were together. Maybe you should talk to her about how you feel. Maybe by talking to her again, will lead to a better good bye. Then you will beable to let go. Remember it did not last for a reason. After you are willing to let go of her, you will quit seeing her name all over the place. I hope this helps you.

..yea, it must not be an awesome thing to get to see your ex's name everywhere, its a strange and kinda rare coincedence. Perhaps you should find interest in another person or do stuff in which you wont have too many chances of being reminded of her. Either way, good luck* =)

I'm sorry....sounds like your not quite over her? Find something else to distract you, like... have you ever noticed how many white big trucks and SUV's of all sizes there are driving around in this world??? Try spying one when you're out and about, it can be quite amuzing!!
