eBay is just a website where people can list their stuff to sell. They don't actually ship out the items you bid on. The people who sold you the stuff are the ones who have to package and ship it themselves. Another thing to consider is this: just because an item is listed as shipped does not mean they actually shipped it. Some sellers ship their items at the post office daily, while others do it only one or a few times a week. Some sellers print their own postage at home, which can be shady, because they can opt to omit the date and amount of shipping costs so you don't know if they mailed it on time or if they charged you too much to ship. My advice, be patient, or shop locally. Good Luck!!!

I've recently bought viso which was been sold a genuine, but turned out to be fake on ebay.
I reported it to ebay and microsoft, ebay does not care and microsoft does not reply. These companies need to stand up and prosecute these people especially when the evidence is in front of them.
I only use genuine software

I personally think that doing so is even worse than just downloading it for free. At least the in the latter you are solely responsible for what you did; In the former you are supporting an industry of crime.
I'm not sure about the legality but I can't imagine it being any better than just downloading it (which is to say that it is probably illegal)

You should care because your greed means someone else is making money illegally. Your greed means that someone else's intellectual property rights are being ignored.
Your greed means that you don't give a damn about property rights - which means that if someone robs your house, we shouldn't give a damn about you.
No, that wasn't a rant... it was a chain of logic based on the Golden Rule. If you steal from someone else, you should expect someone else to steal from you.

Don't piss off Microsoft. They are digging their spurs into the pockets of people stealing their technology. You risk 5 digit fines and jail time in federal custody.

No, it is not legal. Both the buyer and seller could get in trouble.
