Can i change my runescape account's password ?

Yes. go to the front page, Click change password ( It's one of the tools in the bar on the side) Log in and change.

when you want to change your password go to the main menu on the left side there should be some options scroll down a little bit and you should see a key that's say change your password

If you have recovery questions, you can go to the main page and under "account management" choose "recover password" and answer your recovery questions. If you don't have recovery questions, and you don't know the password, the you can't change your password because you need to know your password to change it.
