I want to pluck my eyebrows. I don't want to pluck the shape, but just make it look cleaner. Pluck the hairs that don't belong. You know? She said before that she would let me pluck them in 8th grade (next year), but I want to do it really badly this year. Just to boost my confidence a little. Not that I'm obsessing or saying I'm ugly, but I just want to. So how could I REALLY convince her? Here's my picture if you have any suggestions?

They look fine, you are young, waiting till 8th grade is no big deal. Do other things to boost your confidence.....get a new outfit get a manicure .....look in the mirror because you are really a pretty young lady ....

the first time i got my eyebrows plucked was for graduation in the 8th grade. just hang tight for a little while.
you're so young to be worrying about appearance. trust me, your mom knows what she's talking about. you have your WHOLE life ahead of you for that. right know you should be concentrating on developing your inner beauty:
are you a nice person?
do you help others?
are you a good friend?
are you smart?
how will you positively contribute to the world?
those are the kinds of things you should be asking yourself right now, instead of worrying about something as silly as eyebrows. your confidence shouldn't stem from how well shaped your eyebrows are, but from your inner qualities. once you master having self confidence that stems from your inner being, then you'll ALWAYS be the prettiest girl in the room with or without arched eyebrows.
your mom is teaching you a very valuable lesson.
i know that's probably not what you wanted to hear but would you rather have someone tell you a lie or the truth? =]

Wow, you're egocentric. 20 minutes is not often any time in any respect. in basic terms coz u wanna be close on your friends, you're prepared to place your mum through hell merchandising a house while she would not could? Heres my undertaking. I stay on the city A and that i bypass to college in very own B. city A and B are 30 minutes away. i admire love love residing on the city A, besides the certainty that each physique my acquaintances stay on the city B. It would not worry me in any respect, besides the certainty that there are circumstances as quickly as I wanna be closer to my acquaintances. basic i don't techniques residing extra desirable away. it is a splash ingredient noted as public delivery (trains, buses and so forth) that helps me through holiday journeys and stuff. attempt putting your self on your mums shoes and remeber that there are people who stay extra desirable removed from their acquaintances than you and that they handle fantastic.

you could ask if you could go to a salon and get eyebrow waxing? it's not that much like 5-7 bucks but don't forget tip .it's not that scary it hurts a bit but you can handle it i'm sure and eyebrows will be kinda red. just might wanna make sure they do it right .

you brows look nice already. but why do you need permission? can you just pluck the strays yourself? i never ever had to have permission to do that or shave my legs, etc.

tell her the reasons why you want to do it, and how much it means to you... also, you're gonna do it soon enough, so why wait? if you just do it without her permission she can't really do anything about it anyways....do what you think is right, good luck ! :)
