I've been doing that most of my life... A pillow between my legs makes me feel so comfortable that if I don't have it, I cannot go to sleep. Now, foot out? No. In my case, if one of my feet is out, I get so cold that I get stomachache. Even during the summer, my feet have to be covered...

I do the same thing. You are not alone. I started sleeping with a pillow between my legs when I had back problems. It really helped relieve the stress on my back. And I prefer my feet to be cool when I go to sleep so I wrap up the rest of my body turn my fan on and poke my feet out from under the covers. Lol. I'm so comfy. And even when I go to sleep next to my fiance. He puts his leg between my legs. He doesn't get it either but it helps me sleep better so he lives with it.

How adorable. I don't sleep with a pillow between my legs but I have to hug one to sleep. And I also have one foot out of the covers. It's my thermostat. It's keeps me from getting to hot.

Been doing it 15 years. It natuirally alleviates much of the stress on your spine that comes from the curves/bends it incurs night in and night out when you sleep on your side. If you saw an x-ray of your spine when doing it, you'd notice it was straight, and not unnaturally bowed under the pressure of your weight and a saggy mattress or bed acting like you're trying to sleep across a bowl.

Its much healthier actually. Don't take no crap, man! Tell her she's gonna have a humback if she doesn't sleep with one down there.

*(Then offer to take the place of the pillow for her as a "convenience")*

;)

I remember for years I thought *I* was the only one who slept like this.....

I do sleep with one leg out of the covers -- that's the cold leg then the one under the covers gets hot so it keeps me warm! The pillow between my legs, no only did that while pregnant

Lots of people put a pillow between their legs. It especially helps for the knees and hips. Do what makes you feel comfortable.

I sleep with a pillow between my legs. I started when I was a kid and had severe growing pains. Now it's hard to sleep without one between my knees.

No, I usually throw part of the blankets off before I wake up, and I know people who do the same thing with the pillow.
