I am not sure of the possibilities of this unless you contact a Las Vegas post office and see if this can be done....the only way I could imagine it possible is to fill a manila envelope with the letter you want to send from Las Vegas, then with a post-it note explaining (instructions) to the postal worker as to what to do!

Oh, this is so fun and easy to do. First, stamp and address all of the mail you wish to appear to come from Vegas. Be sure to use the correct postage. Second, put all that mail into a larger envelope and address that envelope to Las Vegas Post Master, Las Vegas, Nevada, and whichever zip-code you desire the mail to appear to come from. The Post Master will open the large envelope and then send the smaller envelopes to their proper destination complete with a Las Vegas postage mark. One year i sent Christmas cards from around the USA this way and never left my home town. It is an old trick i learned from a private investigator.
