I recently watched Fahrenheit 9-11 again and I had to stop the video during Bush's "My Pet Goat" moment and ponder that incident.
Michael Moore suggests that the look on Bush's face is saying, "I wonder which of my Saudi buddies screwed me over." But I don't think that's really accurate. I think that the look on his face reveals that he had heard discussions about a possible false-flag attack on the World Trade Centers within the neocon hierarchy but that he had no idea it was a actually go. I think that look reveals that Bush was left out of the loop.

How about maybe the SAME THING EVERY OTHER AMERICAN WAS THINKING AT THE TIME, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!
Did any of you have a clue when the 1st plane hit that it was an "Attack"?

We all thought, oh my god, what a terrible accident!!
Only when the 2nd plane hit did ANYONE know that we were under attack.

You've got to be kidding. Fahrenheit 9-11 was right on the money. It was nothing more than what Michael Moore said. Bush was lazy and didn't heed the warnings.
Bring on the Alex Jones and 9/11 "truthers" sites.

Bush was asked what he was told of the attack while visiting a class room full of children. Rather than upset the children he had to contain himself, and make his way from the class room.

Yes. Surprised it didn't strike people as weird that the president wasn't immediately rushed to safety since the nation was under attack. The only reason they wouldn't do that is if they knew about the attack before hand and that it was contained to specific locations.
