When I was in my early teens I was told the other would catch up eventually. I am 21 now, I have had a child and guess what---still one much noticably different. I am not sure what to do now. Is there anything out there to help me besides plastic surgery? Is there more of this out there?

i know the exact feeling! i thought my smaller one would catch up eventually but after i gave birth and breastfed my son, they are still noticeably different. i just turned 22 years old so i'm around the same age as you.
it sucks having to buy bras that fit the bigger one but are too big for the smaller one.
i think the only thing, other than plastic surgery, is to deal with it =\
