Do you think that being gay is mother nature or mother nurture?
If it is mother nature do you think that its a part of mans evoultion or mother natures way of cutting down on population by creating men who like men and women who like women. If its mother nurture....do you think its because one parent showed to little or to much love?

The childhood circumstances of gay people are as diverse as the childhood circumstances of everyone else.

There just isn't much evidence that homosexuality is nurture-based.

As for the reasoning behind why we exist, who cares? We do.

PS: Animals can be gay as well. It's not just a human phenomenon.

I think mother nurture. Usually there is an absence of one or both parents in a lot of people that I know that are gay. Or one parents does not show their child enough love. Ex: Me and my dad are very distance even though he lives with me. I don't feel comfortable around guys now and so I love my Ladies.

Nature.

Scientific researchers who specialize in human sexuality have shown that homosexuality is linked to biology and genetics.

An October 2004 scientific research publication stated that scientists have found that women tend to have more children when they inherit the same genetic factors linked to homosexuality in men & that this fertility boost more than compensates for the lack of offspring fathered by gay men and keeps the “gay” genetic factors in circulation; a 2005 study reported genetic scans showing a clustering of the same genetic pattern among gay men on three chromosomes; a study published in Human Genetics in February 2006 found extreme differences in X chromosome inactivation in mothers of gay sons and mothers whose sons were not gay; and another 2006 scientific study found that a man's likelihood of being gay rises with the number of older biological brothers even if gay men were raised away from their biological families.

I do think its nature.

Why do you think there has to be a reason for it?
Not everything has a direct purpose. There isn't a reason for heterosexual love, because the world would still be populous without it.

Love is love. You make is sound like homosexuality is a disorder; it isn't that complicated.

It's not like a group of people came together and created homosexuality and had a plan to cut down on the population, it is what it is; love, and nothing more.

I think that mankind has put a image on sex for profit and greed and poisoned the minds of people. The fact that sex only works one way that serves a profit to life is the only truth with proof. and all other versions of this act are vain and cause ADS and spread ADS. have a dog that try's to hump my guest's leg and I am just as imbarrest of him as I am of gay people. But at least he is just a dog and is not meant to be so bright!
